Use the same trial checklist for each tool
Test one clear digital statement and one layout that has caused rework. Compare every transaction, date, debit/credit direction, narration, reference number, and balance with the PDF. Check page breaks, duplicate rows, and how uncertain ledger assignments are handled. Then import a copy into a backup Tally company and inspect the result.
