1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doxify ("the Service") at doxify.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including Chartered Accountants, their employees, and any other persons who access the platform.

2. Description of Service

Doxify is a web-based tool that converts bank statement PDF files into Tally Prime and Tally ERP-compatible XML voucher files using AI-powered transaction extraction. The Service is designed for use by Chartered Accountants and accounting professionals in India.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
• You represent that you are authorised to upload and process the bank statements you submit — either as the account holder or as an authorised representative (e.g., a CA acting for a client).

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@doxify.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Doxify offers the following plans:

• Subscriptions are billed annually. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
• Prices shown are the full annual amounts charged at checkout through Razorpay.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload bank statements that you are not authorised to process
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform
• Share your account with other people or organisations
• Upload files containing malware or malicious code
• Overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

Doxify uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to extract transactions from PDF files. While we strive for high accuracy, the Service may occasionally miss transactions or misread figures — particularly from poorly-formatted or scanned PDFs.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the generated XML before importing it into Tally Prime, Tally ERP, or any other accounting software. Doxify shall not be liable for errors arising from incorrect data in the generated output.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Doxify platform, brand, and technology are owned by us and protected under applicable laws.
• Your bank statement data and the resulting XML files belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your data.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your files solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doxify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
